Moms & Mimosas Small Group Fitness

Muscle Up with Greer Tuesday/Thursday Group | 2 payments of $275 for 16 sessions By registering for this event, you are committing to eight weeks of small group personal training Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8 a.m., starting the week of August 12 and ending the week of October 14, with no classes the week of September 9. These personal training sessions will empower participants to achieve their fitness goals with the support of other women. Two times a week, we will meet as a small group to train together during 45 minute sessions. Outside of the group, you will receive written workouts, access to the Trainerize app with workout videos, habits, and fitness goals, and have the option to take milestone body fat measurements for personal reference. Groups are limited to four participants. If groups are full, please join the waitlist, and we may be able to form additional training groups if there is enough interest.

Muscle Up with Greer Tuesday/Thursday Group | 2 payments of $275 for 16 sessions By registering for this event, you are committing to eight weeks of small group personal training Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8 a.m., starting the week of August 12 and ending the week of October 14, with no classes the week of September 9. These personal training sessions will empower participants to achieve their fitness goals with the support of other women. Two times a week, we will meet as a small group to train together during 45 minute sessions. Outside of the group, you will receive written workouts, access to the Trainerize app with workout videos, habits, and fitness goals, and have the option to take milestone body fat measurements for personal reference. Groups are limited to four participants. If groups are full, please join the waitlist, and we may be able to form additional training groups if there is enough interest.
