Lift & Pump Mondays 9am This routine pairs heavy weights with low repetitions, the perfect couple for building more metabolically active lean muscle mass to burn body fat and sculpt your muscles. To further our investment in these key areas, the Invited Scholars educational scholarship fund was launched in 2025, empowering the next generation of leaders by providing access to higher education for eligible employees and their dependent children.
