A Message from Tennis Coordinator, Mark Kozak: In addition to the usual weekly activities listed below, we will have a monthly pickleball social, the first of which will be held May 30. The time is slated for 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.-ish, leaving enough time for those who wish to grab a meal in the Grille, which closes at 9 p.m. on Fridays. Our athletics director Anthony Jones will be out to greet folks and bring out a cooler of beverages and adult beverages to sign for. In addition, pickleball veteran members Madeleine and Hal Leighton will be on hand to explain rules and playing techniques to those new to the game. For your planning purposes, future monthly pickleball socials will be June 27, July 18, Aug. 22, Sept. 19, Oct. 17 and Nov. 21.
